Burgundy Christmas Tree Decor
Updated: Jan 18
This year's Christmas tree decor was only a slight update from last year but I'm glad I went with my gut and added a touch of burgundy to our Christmas tree!
I wanted to add a little bit of color this year and I was leaning toward a rich color. I ended up going with burgundy and I love how it turned out!

If you remember, last year we had a beautiful color neutral tree full of snowflakes and wood tone ornaments as well as white and blush toned accents.
You can read how I made the wooden ornaments in this post.
I love to add ribbon as an accent! It's an easy and cost effective way to add color. I used this beautiful chiffon ribbon this time and the texture and weight is just what I was looking for!
I also made these burgundy ornaments using these clear plastic ornaments and some craft paint and gilding paint. So easy to customize for any Christmas tree aesthetic!
