If you have a star jasmine vine (or any flowering vine), you probably want it to have lots and lots of blooms. Here's how I get my star jasmine to bloom like this.

I planted a row of them along the fence a few years ago, and every year they show off with a ton of beautiful and fragrant blooms. This is what they looked like when we planted them.

They are easy to maintain and with only a few steps, they will thrive all season long.
Watering:
During its growing season, star jasmine likes regular and deep watering to establish a strong root system. However, once the root system is established, they are pretty drought tolerant.
I am lucky to have a sprinkler system that does pretty much all the work when it comes to watering my jasmines. However, if you need to water manually, a couple times a week would be enough if you live in a place with a hot climate. The goal is to water the the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry.
Light:
Star jasmine vines like full sun to partial shade. 6-8 hours of sun is ideal for maximum blooms.
Fertilizing:
This is a key one in opinion. I fertilize early in spring (that can vary depending on where you live) which means March for me.

These are some of the fertilizers that I love: Fruit and bloom booster, Hibiscus and tropical plant food, and this brand's fertilizers for blooming plants.
Follow these steps and your vine will be covered in beautiful flowers that will make you smile every time you walk by it.
